Not all post-construction problems are amenable to fixes, especially if there are time and resource constraints. In such cases we can use Workaround patterns to provide temporary solutions. For example, Axing Code instead of modifying a specific line or freezing a process or removing conflicting applications. There is much work here to expand the pattern list.
