Conclusion

Resilience and learning go hand in hand. Technology is changing the way we organize work, and this puts all of us on a high learning curve. Individuals and organizations that can adapt to these changes will find new opportunities. Those that freeze in the face of change will be lost. This is why leaders must take steps to build resilience into both.
