ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jason Caldwell is a professional adventurer, author, and business coach. He is the founder and president of Latitude 35—a professional development and leadership-training organization headquartered in Northern California.

Jason set a world record in 2017 for rowing across the Atlantic Ocean in 35 days, 14 hours, and 3 minutes. Latitude 35 teams challenge the limits of what’s possible around the world and currently hold more a dozen world records set across five continents.

Jason teaches at top-tier institutions including Columbia Business School, Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He also travels the world conducting executive leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Nike, Booking.com, and Santander Bank.

Jason currently resides in Danville, California, with his wife, Amelia, and his son, Tristan.
