Congratulations! You, your team, and your stakeholders have finished your project and your new system and associated products are in production. After your project has successfully delivered its required outcomes, there are three remaining project management activities that must be completed:

• The postimplementation review,

• The development and implementation of the benefits realization plan, and

• The design of system support reviews.
