Salespeople are often the visionaries of their business as they are able to spot market changes to which the business must adjust. They have special abilities that make possible the way of life for their business and community they are a part of.

The objective of this book is to give you as a manager an understanding and tools to develop your professionals. Marketing is a numbers game that requires working through many small losses to win. It takes discipline to keep yourself in the market. If a person has discipline and motivation, then they too, can become a rain maker.
