Bonny Snowdon is North Yorkshire, United Kingdom-based artist; a globally renowned colored pencil artist; and a mentor with a somewhat incongruous professional background in corporate Britain and more recently as an international business coach. Bonny is also a dedicated single mother to three humans and lots of animals.

Her raison d’être is sharing the joy she has discovered in developing her own colored pencil skills with as many people as possible. She hopes to help others realize the same level of reward, satisfaction, and confidence she has personally discovered in the process of creating beautiful colored pencil art.

She is an example to other aspiring artists who are particularly loyal to her mentorship because of her unique mix of practical teaching guidance and osmotic life coaching skills. Bonny’s personal story of discovering colored pencil art as a therapeutic means for dealing with difficult life challenges—including managing ill health, relationship upheaval, and career change—is an inspiration to many.

Bonny was named Artist of The Year for 2020 by Colored Pencil Magazine and is an ambassador for Caran d’Ache and Slice, Inc. Her work can be seen in homes across the globe.
