Tool tips help our report consumers navigate our reports. For example, we want to let them know what that Northwest call for action is all about, or where is that leading them to.

Let's add a tool tip to the [Territory] field.

Click on the [Territory] field and on the Properties window, look for the ToolTip property. Let's write: Sales Territory Report for this territory in the last 4 years.

Let's save our report and run it; and just like that, we've got the tool tip!
