Interactive sorting

Adding interactive sorting is also a breeze. Let's go back to our SalesOrderDetailReport and add interactive sorting on the Order QTY column.
Right-click on the header of the Order QTY column, then select Text Box Properties.
Select the Interactive Sorting tab. Select the checkbox where it says Enable interactive sorting on this text box, and select Detail rows to sort.
On the drop-down list where it says Sort by, select [OrderQTY].
You can also sort by groups as indicated in the other options.
Click on OK when done.

Now, let's try our interactive sorting. Here's the before and after shot of the pre-sort and after sort:
