Now, select the scale (numbers in the gauge) and right-click on it to display its context menu. On the Radial Scale Properties dialog box, set its Maximum value to that of the [SUM(SalesQuota)]. Before you save and close the dialog box, format the number. Don't put decimal and show its value in Millions.
