Dr. Vishal Kumar is presently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat (an Autonomous Institute of Govt. of Uttarakhand). He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, an MTech from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and a BTech from Kumaon Engineering College (now BTKIT Dwarahat). He is a life member of the Computer Society of India (CSI) and a senior member of IEEE. He has almost 15 years of teaching experience, research and administration.

Dr. Vishal Jain is currently an associate professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, UP India. Before that, he worked for several years as an associate professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi. He has more than 14 years of experience in the academics. He obtained a PhD (CSE), MTech (CSE), MBA (HR), MCA, MCP and CCNA. He has more than 450 research citation indices with Google Scholar (h-index score 12 and i-10 index 15).

Dr. Bharti Sharma earned a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. She is currently serving as an assistant professor and academic head of the MCA department of DIT University, Dehradun. She has 17 years of rich experience in academics and research. Her research work is mainly associated with natural language processing (NLP), intelligent transportation systems (ITS), big data analytics, machine learning and respective application domains. In her research work, her team is mainly engaged in the development of intelligent computational models using machine learning methods to solve various challenging problems related to transportation and other relevant areas.

Jyotir Moy Chatterjee is an assistant professor in the Information Technology Department at Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF), Kathmandu, Nepal. Prior to joining LBEF, he worked as an assistant professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at GD Rungta College of Engineering and Technology (CSVTU), Bhilai, India. He received his MTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, Chennai. He is credited with 59 international research paper publications, 3 conference papers, 3 authored books, 10 edited books, 16 book chapters, 2 Master’s theses converted into books and 1 patent.

Dr. Rakesh Shrestha received a BE degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal, in 2006, an ME degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Chosun University in 2010, and a PhD degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Yeungnam University in 2018. From 2010 to 2011 he was a security engineer with Honeywell Security Systems; from 2010 to 2012 a core network engineer with Huawei Technologies Company, Ltd., Nepal; and from 2018 to 2019 a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Yeungnam University, South Korea.
