Career Profile Map
Your Career Profile Map is where you will capture and write down all the information you learn from all the assessments and exercises in this book. It serves as your record of information about your career and life-style preferences. And it acts as your touch stone or guidance in choosing a career that matches what you have said is important to you. You will be instructed throughout the text of this book, when to record your assessment results and responses to exercises in this Career Profile Map.
Chapter 5: Your Dream Career
The Wheel of Life Assessment. Record the specific numbers you circled on each 1 to 10 scale indicating your current level of satisfaction with each of the following:

Values Sort Assessment. Record your ranked values from both the life you want to live and day-to-day list.
Chapter 7: Your Temperament and Personality
Shorter Personality Sorter. Record the four letters you circled; these represent your personality type. Also record the descriptive temperament name that corresponds with your personality type.
Chapter 8: Your Motivation
The Four Boxes of Life Assessment. Record your score and rank order the motivators from highest to lowest.
Chapter 9: Your Interests
Orientation Scales Assessment. Record the total number of activities of interest you listed for each orientation.
