The University of Pennsylvania’s positive psychology website is a good first stop for anyone interested in exploring research, training, and education in the field. There are also listings of upcoming conferences and a sample course syllabi for teachers of positive psychology.
This site, the World Database of Happiness, is an ongoing register of scientific research on the subjective enjoyment of life. It is useful in that it synthesizes findings that are scattered throughout many studies.
This site, associated with Dr. Martin Seligman’s book, Authentic Happiness, promises to help you “develop insights into yourself and the world around you through scientifically tested questionnaires, surveys, and scales.”
