Enable Others to Act

Leaders know they can't do it alone. They need partners to make extraordinary things happen. Exemplary leaders invest in creating trustworthy relationships and building spirited and cohesive teams. Exemplary leaders make others feel strong, capable, and confident to take initiative and responsibility. They build the skills and abilities of their constituents to deliver on commitments.
