Wynne A. Whitman, Esq., is a practicing attorney in Morristown, New Jersey, who specializes in tax, trusts, and estates. She advises individuals and families on ordering their legal affairs to ensure their wants and wishes are carried out and their loved ones cared for. She has worked extensively with families trying to put the pieces together after the death of a loved one who failed to organize his or her affairs, including many 9/11 victims. She’s also the coauthor of Shacking Up—The Smart Girl’s Guide to Living in Sin Without Getting Burned (Broadway Books, 2003), which offers relationship, legal, and financial advice to cohabiting women. Ms. Whitman has made appearances on numerous television and radio programs, including CBS Marketwatch and CNN Financial.

A leading medical oncologist and hematologist, Shawn D. Glisson, M.D., F.A.C.P., provides the most current options to patients with tragic prognoses. A formerly trained minister for the churches of Christ, he is now based in Louisville, Kentucky at the Kentuckiana Cancer Institute, PLLC. Dr. Glisson is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve Medical Corps; assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of Louisville; founder of the American Cancer Biorepository, Inc., a charitable cancer research organization; chairman of the Kentucky Cancer Caucus; a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s Health Information Technology and Clinical Practices Committees; and chairman of the Quality Committee at Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s Health Care Center. He currently serves as the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s representative to the Department of Health and Human Services’ American Health Information Community’s Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security Committee.
