Marta Brooks has been a highly respected and experienced management consultant, as well as a powerful trainer and motivational speaker, for the past fifteen years. She developed her business acumen by traversing the worlds of corporate management and personal entrepreneurship. She uses her hands-on business expertise to inspire leadership effectiveness and promote individual accountability for desired results.

Marta has distinguished herself by being responsible for Management Development for LensCrafters Worldwide for ten years, then establishing a successful retail nursery and garden center. She is now a senior consulting partner with the Ken Blanchard Companies. She is recognized as an innovative speaker, most recently partnering with Amgen, Air Products, Babcock & Wilcox, BCBS, Chipotle, Disney, Hollister, Intel, Johnson Controls, Merck, Nike, PetSmart, Proctor & Gamble, Skanska, and Wells Fargo.
Marta studied business and psychology at the University of Louisville and Bellarmine University.
Marta lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband, Tim, and their Akita, Hana.
Julie Stark is the owner and managing director of The Stark Solution, a training design and delivery firm located in Chicago. She specializes in the design and development of management training solutions for all levels of an organization. With more than fifteen years of experience consulting to organizations in retail, banking, manufacturing, and public education, Julie seeks a panoramic view of what makes people and processes work well together.
Using strategic methods to uncover growth opportunities in a company, Julie has designed both facilitator-led and computer-based training in competency areas such as recruiting and interviewing, coaching, problem solving and analysis, leading change, employee recognition, and customer service.
Julie holds a bachelor of arts degree in education from the University of Michigan and a master of curriculum design from Harvard University. Her current endeavors are supported by a long history working with diverse learners—from at-risk youth in Detroit and non-native speakers of English in Colombia, South America, to graduate-level education students at Eastern Michigan University.
Julie lives with her husband, Steven, and children, Ben and Noah, in Chicago. There she continues to be a lifelong learner.

Sarah Caverhill has successfully fused over twenty years of experience in sales, management, and human resources into a career as a sought-after consultant and speaker. Currently she holds the position of vice-president for sales, Eastern region, for the Ken Blanchard Companies. In this position she uses the many theories and tools she once researched and taught to clients as a consultant. This combination of practical real-world experience and knowledge of cutting-edge theories has created a unique view of what really works in leadership.
As a speaker, Sarah consistently hits the mark with her enthusiastic, innovative presentations. Seminar, workshop, and training audiences learn vital concepts from her in an atmosphere of active discovery. She has devoted her career to helping others succeed in business, whether they are employees, seminar attendees, or people she has mentored.
Sarah began her career with BellSouth and has held positions in sales, leadership, and training. She joined the Ken Blanchard Companies as a senior consulting partner in 1995 and has worked with many different clients, including BellSouth, ALLTel, America Online, Chick-fil-A, J. P. MorganChase, Cingular Wireless, GlaxoSmithKline, and Dr. Pepper/7Up. She holds a master of business administration and has won several regional and national speaking competitions. She lives with her daughter and husband in Atlanta, Georgia.
