10.4. CLR Exceptions

The System.Exception class is the root of all exception classes in C#. To get a glimpse of the exceptions supported by the .NET runtime, with the Visual Studio .NET IDE running click on the Debug option and then on Exceptions. Next, click on Common Language Runtime Exceptions. You should see a dialog box as shown in Figure 10.2. The tree shows the exception classes in various namespaces.
