Consulting

Great Place to Work offers tech-enabled global consulting services that help our clients create great workplaces that accelerate business performance. This includes our High-Trust Culture Consulting Services and the Accelerated Leadership Performance offering.

Accelerated Leadership Performance (ALP) uses the AI in our emprising platform to produce the prescriptive data to show leaders how they stack up as a Level 5 For All Leader. The ALP assesses the employee experience of their leader and of the workplace overall, and provides each leader with personalized scores, recommended focus areas, and custom, concrete prescriptions so they can accelerate improvement in the employee experience and business performance of their unique team. Figure 21 illustrates the kind of improvement we forecast within a single organization whose managers use the ALP. Each manager is given one or two key recommendations their survey data shows would drive the greatest level of change for their team. Over time, leaders can move the needle more quickly in their employees’ experience and in their teams’ business results.
