Dawn Fotopulos is on a mission to prevent small business bankruptcies. A business management expert with a 20-year track record of turning around failing businesses, she has taught thousands of small business owners how to thrive in any economy through her classes, workshops, and award-winning blog, www.bestsmallbizhelp.com.

Dawn is currently Associate Professor of Business at The King’s College in New York City. She has been a visiting professor at New York University's Stern School of Business and Columbia Business School. She is also a Kauffman Fast Trac certified facilitator, a speaker for the National Association for Women Business Owners, Savor the Success, In Good Company, and a veteran panel moderator for the New York Times/AMEX Small Business Summit conferences. In addition, she is a CEO leader for The Job Creators Alliance started by Bernie Marcus, former CEO of Home Depot, to promote small business formation and profitability.

Dawn has published more than 500 articles and numerous white papers on the Cox Small Business Network, Forbes Small Business Exchange, and Fran Tarkenton’s Small Biz Club.com, as well as appearing as a guest expert on MSNBC’s “Your Business” and Mitch Schlimer’s “Let’s Talk Business” radio show.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, and an MBA in Management with distinction from New York University's Stern School. She has held senior positions at Citicorp and Grant Street Partners, LLC, a real estate development company, and is the President of DF Consulting, Inc., a small business consultancy.
