About the Author

Lisa M. Lindgren is an independent consultant, freelance high-tech marketing specialist, and co-editor of Auerbach’s Communications System Management Handbook 2000 and Web-to-Host Connectivity. She has more than 16 years of experience working for leading enterprise-networking vendors, most recently Cisco Systems. She is a lecturer at Plymouth State College in Plymouth, New Hampshire, teaching E-Commerce and other marketing courses. She has an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in computer science from the University of Minnesota.
