Translator, writer, editor

William Rodarmor is a French literary translator with a background in computers, law, photography, and sailing. Of his many translated books, Tamata and the Alliance, by Bernard Moitessier, won the 1996 Lewis Galantière Prize from the American Translators Association. In O'Reilly's "Designer Notebook" series, Rodarmor translated Illustrations with Photoshop and Creating Photomontages with Photoshop. A freelance book editor with a fondness for European graphic novels, he lives in Berkeley, California.
