You could certainly look at any of the Customer Focus metrics like Number of New Customers Acquired and ask, “Wouldn’t making better sales calls help me accomplish all of these things?” The answer would be yes, but only as a result of increasing your Sales Force Capability. Call Management will not help your sales force focus on the right customers.
