Predictive Retention Metrics

Just as turnover measures provide a lens for reviewing organizational retention, predictive measures of retention also provide a wealth of meaningful information on the subject. Two particular measures most commonly used by researchers in the field—Commitment and Intent to Leave—are probably the most useful and meaningful within this category of organizational metrics.
