Creating a Winning Response by the Volumes
Proposals are typically made up of three sections, called volumes. These cover the technical solution you’re offering to solve the government’s problems and meet its needs, the management approach you’ll take to yield that solution, and a volume on cost and price where you show you’re worth the money you’re asking for. There aren’t any aardvarks or lutes, but lots of text to be written, visuals and graphics to be created, and versions to be tracked and stored. This part tells you everything you need to know about all that, plus what to do to improve upon your first proposal submission and how to keep marketing your business to the government after you turn in your proposal.
