I don’t personally have a sweet tooth, but I know many people do. Greek yogurt has a creamy mouthfeel that’s similar to the consistency of home-churned ice cream. Sweetness from the fruit and honey gives anyone with a sweet tooth just what they need to quell any post-dinner cravings.

FROZEN GREEK YOGURT

Makes: 2 servings

Serving size: 1 cup

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: none

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)

2 cups 2% low-fat Greek yogurt

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

1 In the bowl of a food processor, process all the ingredients until creamy, about 5 minutes.

2 Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

CHANGE IT UP

Add nuts, granola, cereal, fruit, chocolate chips, whipped cream, fudge, or caramel.
