About the Authors

Anna Leinberger is a writer, editor, and former educator. In addition to the occasional ghostwriting project, she acquires and edits books on women’s leadership and empowerment, communication, in tersectional feminism, nonviolence, the Middle East, and nontraditional leadership methodologies. Her authors include award-winning peacemakers, counterterrorism experts, tech executives, and New York Times bestselling authors.

She started her career as a teaching fellow at Kings Academy, the first boarding school in the Middle East, in Madaba, Jordan. She subsequently taught writing in Argentina, and she earned her California teaching credential while teaching for Kaplan International before switching to a career in book editing.

Outside of work, she serves on the board of the Metta Center for Nonviolence, sails in the windy San Francisco Bay, and travels as much as possible. She is married to a nautical archaeologist and lives in Berkeley, California, with her extremely smug cat, Fey.
