Follow these steps to create a board:
- From the left-hand side menu, click on BOARDS and you should see something like this:
- Now, click on the + Create New Board button and fill in the screen as shown:
- Click on the Next button and finally click on Create to create the board. Once the board has been successfully created, it will appear next to the list of existing Boards.
- Click on PI3-DHT11 Board and we will land on an empty board. Click on Add New Card and select Line Chart from the following screen:
- Click on Next, and now we will add datasets. Update the source data using the auto-populated dropdown as shown:
The preceding values come from the schema we have created:
- Click on Next and select XL as the size of the card. Click on Next again and pick a color.
- Once done, click on Submit and we should see a new real-time graph as shown:
With this we have seen the basic features and implementation processes for working with the AWS IoT platform.
Once you are done with your learning, do not forget to delete the resources you have created. Otherwise you will be billed. You have been warned!
