As you've seen in the public network DHCP and static IP address, when you run the vagrant up or vagrant up --provision command, you will be asked to select which network bridge to use. To avoid this step, you can supply the default network bridge in the Vagrantfile as an additional parameter: config.vm.network "public_network", bridge: "en0: Wi-Fi (AirPort)".
