Managing the human aspects of any project or initiative is the most challenging and the most rewarding undertaking. Everything we do centers around people: establishing coalitions, gaining buy-in, getting sign-off, productivity, staffing, etc. To summarize:

• Establish coalitions and gain buy-in early.

• Staff your team strategically.

• Test the market for resource availability.

• Establish a strong communication and feedback loop.
