PersistentVolumeLabel adds labels to newly-created PV's, based on the labels provided by the underlying cloud provider. This admission controller has been deprecated from 1.8. The function of this controller is now taken care of by cloud controller manager, which defines cloud-specific control logic and runs as a daemon.
