Acknowledgements

When it comes to writing a book in the end, it’s just the author and the keyboard tapping away a merry tune into the early hours of the morning. Getting there requires support and help. When I first got the ‘go’ to write this book from my editor Steve Temblett, we were both enthusiastic about the project. It has been a long and hard few months to get this book finished. Steve and his assistant Alison Birtwell have always met all my queries with a direct and positive response.

Thanks must also go to my employer Ace Global Markets Ltd, to Paul Taylor for his feedback on some of the scripts that are included in the book, and to Ryan Price for his comments.
