About the author

Julian Sharp is a Dynamics 365 solutions architect, trainer, and Microsoft Business Applications MVP. He completed his MA at the University of Cambridge. He worked for Vigence for 20 years, with the last 16 years focused on Dynamics CRM/365, before founding Ready 365 to focus on training. Prior to Dynamics, he worked with both the Siebel CRM and on systems for contact centers.

He has spoken at Microsoft Ignite and many other events. For the past 13 years, he has been an MCT delivering certification training around Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform. He has developed courseware for Dynamics 365 certification training and taught thousands of students with a high pass rate.

About the reviewers

Robert Rybaric is a Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 architect and certified trainer. He also holds several other certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft BizTalk Server, along with TOGAF 9, ITIL 2011, IBM, and Oracle.

With experience dating from Microsoft CRM 3.0, he's worked in a number of different companies over the years, ranging from general IT support to CRM end users, and more recently has moved into the consulting space.

Engaging regularly with Microsoft community events and gatherings under his brand of The CRM Ninja, EY blogs regularly around technical topics, hosts a weekly interview series called The Oops Factor, and enjoys speaking at events. He’s also a recipient of the Microsoft MVP award for Business Applications.

 

James Novak is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP out of Virginia and has been a software engineer for 20 years. Starting with Microsoft CRM 4, his focus for the last 10 years has been on the Power Platform. He runs his own independent consultancy, Futurez Consulting, where Jim provides architectural guidance and hands-on development for building enterprise Power Platform solutions.
