To prepare, we need to do the following:

1. Create a new Maven project.
2. Add the following dependency to the POM file:

3. Download the ne-en-news-muc6.AbstractCharLmRescoringChunker file from https://github.com/gregmoreno/lingpipe/tree/master/demos/models. Save the file to the root directory of the project.
