The book was produced by the author and design team using all Mac-intosh computers, including a Power COLOPHON, a Power Mac G5 Dual Processor 1.8-GHz, a Power Mac G5 Dual Processor 2-GHz, a Power Mac G4 Dual Processor 1.25-MHz. We use LaCie, Sony, and Apple Studio Display monitors.

Page layout was done using Adobe InDesign CS. We use a Mac OS X server, and burn our CDs to our CPU's internal Sony DVD RW DW-U10A.

The headers for each technique are set in Adobe Myriad Pro Semibold at 11 points on 12.5 leading, with the Horizontal Scaling set to 100%. Body copy is set using Adobe Myriad Pro Regular at 9.5 points on 11.5 leading, with the Horizontal Scaling set to 100%.

Screen captures were made with Snapz Pro X and were placed and sized within Adobe InDesign CS. The book was output at 150 line screen, and all in-house printing was done using a Tektronix Phaser 7700 by Xerox.
