Audiovisual Technology in Hotels
The following hotels offer new audiovisual technology:
•Hilton Hotels TeleSuite Network
Each suite is outfitted with a conference table for five. The conferees can see another group on a 92-inch screen via digital life-size real-time images, and the other group can see them. Each suite is a mirror image of the other. When live, it appears everyone is in one room around a conference table for ten.
GlobalVue videoconferencing system, in partnership with VueCom, will offer transmission over high-speed, fiber-optic lines.
•Marriott Hotels and Resorts
They offer videoconferencing capability, delivering television images to outlying units.
Audiovisual Technology On-Line
