Checklists for Planning

The Work Flow Diagram is a hugely powerful planning technique. Simple in concept, it shows the products that must be created (deliverables) in the order in which they must be produced. The diagram is also very effective for progress control. You can date and colour code the product boxes to show when products are delivered and if they were on time.
