Accessing the Crystal Management Console

I am trying to access the Crystal Management Console (CMC) but there are connection errors.

Make sure you are using the proper machine name in the browser's address bar when connecting to the CMC. It's often tempting to use localhost instead of the machine name but this will not work properly with Crystal Enterprise.
