With a strong CEO in place, I had more time to be able to pursue other opportunities. Survivor was one that I could not pass up; it ticked all the boxes for me. It would challenge me, scare me a little (okay, a lot) and help me see what I am actually made of. Most importantly, it ticked that adventurer box, which I think is what I really am.
