Lois B. Hart, Ed.D. is President of Leadership Dynamics, an organization that offers workshops, individual coaching, facilitation, organizational consulting, and professional books. She is founder and Director of the Women’s Leadership Insitute, a unique, year-long program of mentoring, coaching, and training for executive women
Dr. Hart and her associates offer programs on leadership, facilitation, team development, conflict, communications, customer service, and train-the-trainer skills.
Lois has over 27 years of training, organizational development, coaching, and public education experience. She has worked with many professionals who want to be effective leaders, facilitators, and trainers. Leadership Dynamics offers training and consulting to medical and public organizations, businesses, governmental agencies, and associations that are interested in the development of their leaders and employees. Her clients include St. Joseph’s Hospital, Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Rapid City Regional Hospital, Washington (DC) Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente. She is consistently praised for how practical her programs are.
Dr. Hart earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester, an M.S. from Syracuse University and Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts. Her studies included organizational behavior and leadership development with Dr. Kenneth Blanchard, co-author of The One Minute Manager and Gung Ho!
Lois has written 21 books and tapes, including 50 Activities for Developing Leaders, Moving Up! Women and Leadership, Faultless Facilitation—A Resource Guide and Instructor’s Manual, and Learning From Conflict.
