The Investment Committee Policy Manual

In recent years many families who have an investment committee have found it useful to adopt an operating manual for the committee. All too often, committee meetings wander here and there depending on what's happened recently in the markets. Often the meetings are dominated by the investment professionals (consultants, money managers, banks) who don't necessarily talk about the most important issues.
