About the Author

Claire Díaz-Ortiz (née Williams) leads social innovation and philanthropy at Twitter, where she has worked since 2009.

She is a frequent international speaker and is known for developing the T.W.E.E.T. model—a framework to help organizations and individuals best excel on Twitter.

Claire holds an MBA from Oxford University, where she was a Skoll Foundation Scholar for Social Entrepreneurship. She also holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Stanford University.

She is the cofounder of Hope Runs (www.HopeRuns.org), a non-profit organization operating in Kenya, and owner of Do Well Media (www.DoWellMedia.com).

Claire has lived on four continents and travelled to more than fifty countries. She has been widely written about in such publications as Business Week, the Independent and the Huffington Post.

Twitter for Good is her second book.
