Brian Gracely, CCIE No. 3077, is a Technical Leader for Cisco/Linksys Small Business Systems Business Unit. He is responsible for the overall solution architecture of the Linksys One solution, which targets converged networking for small businesses. He has been with Cisco for 10 years and has worked in a number of design, engineering, marketing, and support positions. He was a coauthor of the first edition of Voice over IP Fundamentals.

Jesse J. Herrera is a Senior Systems Analyst for a Fortune 100 company located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Herrera holds a bachelor of science in computer science from the University of Arizona and a master of science in telecommunications management from Southern Methodist University. Responsibilities have included design and implementation of enterprise network architectures, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and network integration services. Recent activities include wireless and virtual private network initiatives and support of electronic business services.

Brion S. Washington, CCNA, has more than 10 years internetworking experience, with the last 4 years dedicated to VoIP. He is studying now for his second R/S lab attempt and for the CCVP certification. He lives in the Midwest, where he works as a network consultant.
