Acknowledgments

These volumes are the culmination of nearly three decades of working as an economist and strategist in the field of stockbroking and corporate finance. Along the way, I have gained experience and skill from exceptional mentors, from those rare people who influenced my life in directions and ways that I did not think possible at the time.
