henning-showkeir & associates, inc. was founded by the late Joel Henning and Jamie Showkeir in 2000 to fulfill this promise. Maren Showkeir joined the business as a managing partner in 2005. We work from the perspective of distributing organizational power and creating partnership as a strategy for managing an enterprise.
