Brianna Barker Caza is an associate professor of management in the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Paola Cecchi-Dimeglio, is a behavioral economist and faculty chair of the Executive Leadership Research Initiative for Women and Minority Attorneys at Harvard Law School (CLP) and Harvard Kennedy School (WAPPP). She’s the founder of the Hedges Company and Element North Leadership Development, as well as a faculty member at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.

Sylvia Ann Hewlett is an economist, the CEO of Hewlett Consulting Partners, and the founder and chair emeritus of Coqual, formerly the Center for Talent Innovation. She is the author of 14 critically acclaimed books, including Off-Ramps and On-Ramps; Forget a Mentor, Find a Sponsor; Executive Presence; and The Sponsor Effect.

Ronit Kark is a professor of leadership and organization studies at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and at the School of Business, The University of Exeter, in the United Kingdom. She founded the Gender in the Field graduate program for social activism. She is a senior editor of the Leadership Quarterly and has received the Scholarly Contributions to Educational Practice Advancing Women in Leadership award from the Academy of Management. She studies leadership and its interplay with gender, creativity, and identities at work and play, and has worked as a consultant with many executives, teams, and organizations. She is an academic nomad, traveling internationally to give keynote presentations and guest lectures on leadership topics.

Rebecca Knight is a senior correspondent at Insider, covering careers and the workplace. Previously she was a freelance journalist and a lecturer at Wesleyan University. Her work has been published in the New York Times, USA Today, and the Financial Times.

Jamie J. Ladge is an associate professor at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a distinguished research professor at the University of Exeter Business School. Her book, Maternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood, explores the uniqueness of each working mother’s journey to integrate career and family.

Anne Welsh McNulty has invested in elevating entrepreneurial leaders and nurturing promising students for over 25 years as cofounder and president of the McNulty Foundation. A trailblazer for women in finance, she was a managing director of Goldman Sachs and a senior executive of the Goldman Sachs Hedge Fund Strategies Group.

Alyson Meister is a professor of leadership and organizational behavior at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Specializing in the development of globally oriented, adaptive, and inclusive organizations, she has worked with thousands of executives, teams, and organizations from professional services to industrial goods and technology. Wei Zheng is an associate professor of management and the Richard R. Roscitt Chair in Leadership at Stevens Institute of Technology. Her research centers on inclusive leadership and addresses practical questions such as what inclusive leadership looks like, which organizational practices enhance diversity, how individuals grow into leaders, and what help women leaders need to navigate gendered organizations. She has studied leadership in corporate, entrepreneurial, national laboratory, and faith-based organizations, and has conducted in-depth interviews with more than 120 top-level executives in the United States. Her research work has appeared in outlets such as the Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management, and Human Relations.
