ABOUT THE AUTHOR

George Vukotich, PhD, is the Department Chair of the Graduate Program in Training and Development at Roosevelt University. Since joining the university, he has been involved in expanding the program to include a global presence. In addition to his academic work, George has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and consulting field working for organizations such as IBM, Accenture, and BP. His work includes implementing a number of major change initiatives, developing and executing organizational strategy, and working to develop corporate leaders. Lieutenant Colonel Vukotich has also served with the U.S. military, leading a number of training initiatives. His previous book, Breaking the Chains of Culture—Building Trust in Individuals, Teams and Organizations, focuses on helping individuals be more successful by developing a culture of trust.
