Any problems: Reason for any failure to deliver and forecast of resolution.
Issue status: For example, two issues closed in this period, three issues still open.
Risk status: For example, risk of overrunning air conditioning installation removed. Risk of premises not being ready and delaying the office move until after the current contract expires very low.
Project and phase tolerance status:

Have any tolerances been used? Do any look threatened?

Cost against estimate: Ahead or below plan?

Time against estimate: Are we on time, ahead or behind schedule?

Any changes to scope: Have we changed the scope by adding or dropping some major items?

Quality work status: Are the quality checks being done? Do the results show that a good quality product is being developed?

Review of project justification:
Has there been any change to the expected benefits? If so, give the details. Does any change to the expected project schedule or cost have an impact on the justification?
