An Interactive Workshop from the ROI Institute
Description
One of the best ways to transform your present approach to developing more powerful, specific, and results-based objectives is to participate in a one-day workshop offered by the ROI Institute. This workshop, conducted by the authors of this book or other senior members of the ROI Institute, will focus on the hands-on application with practice sessions to learn how to develop all levels of objectives. The specific topics covered are

Workshop Objectives
After being involved in the workshop, participations should
- perceive the workshop as valuable to their current work
- view the workshop as important to their projects
- see the material as practical in use.
After completing the workshop, participants should be able to
- describe the importance of objectives to various stakeholder groups, including clients
- uncover the precise objectives from those individuals who understand the project most
- construct objectives at each of the levels given a detailed description and documentation of the project.
After completing the workshop and returning to the workplace, participants should
- develop input, reaction, learning, and application objectives for at least 70 percent of new projects and programs
- develop impact objectives for at least 30 percent of new projects and programs
- develop ROI objectives for at least 10 percent of new projects and programs
- use the objectives to drive results from the project.
After completing the workshop and at the end of six months
- programs and projects will achieve increased results
- participants will be motivated to drive results
- the relationships with various stakeholders will improve.
