Be Honest about Difficulties

Resolving to tell the truth in stressful times is more easily said than done. But whatever is happening in your organisation, honest and open communication is the foundation of an effective social group. Bad news doesn’t get any better by ignoring it, and people genuinely respect and appreciate honesty, even when they don’t like the message. Asking others for help may well yield useful advice.
