CONSIDER LENGTH A MINOR ISSUE

Time is often a factor when choosing between one instrument with a few and another instrument with a large number of questions. Some managers may find an instrument that requires 45 minutes to an hour to complete a bothersome task and may reject its use. Though a longer instrument may require more initial completion time, the depth of feedback it produces may be worth the initial investment.
