EnCase Certified Examiner Program

The EnCase Certified Examiner Program offers certifications for those who have mastered EnCase Guidance software. Candidates must submit an application demonstrating that they have a minimum of 64 hours of training in computer forensics (candidates who possess at least 12 months of documented experience in computer forensics may be exempted from this requirement).

Once approved, candidates may take the Phase I (written) examination. A minimum score of 80 percent is required before candidates can proceed to the Phase II (practical) examination. The Phase II examination must be completed within 60 days with a minimum score of 85 percent.
